Cindy Rohm celebrated her and her husband’s new ownership of the Coffee Cure in Sidney Regional Medical Center Tuesday morning by a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, as well as hospital staff.
